The RPG Postal Auction viewable by all, but bids can only be accepted from RPG members.
Bids from members are normally sent in by post, but can also be accepted by email.

Autumn 2017 Postal Auction

The Autumn 2017 Auction Catalogue and Bidding Form are now available for download.

Bids (RPG Members only) can be sent in by post as follows:
a)  Print off the Bidding Form
b)  Enter your bids (plus your personal details) on the Bidding Form
c)  Post the Bidding Form to:  W T Pipe,  7 Richard Close, Upton, POOLE,   BH16 5PY 

Bids (RPG Members only) can be sent in by email as follows:
a)  Print off the Bidding Form
b)  Enter your bids (plus your personal details) on the Bidding Form
c)  Scan the completed Bidding Form
d)  Email the scanned Bidding Form to magpiebillpipe@freeuk.com

Bids (RPG Members only) to magpiebillpipe@freeuk.com can also be accepted as normal emails, but you will need to include the same information as is listed on the Bidding Form.

•  Please ensure you send in your bid(s) in time for them to arrive before the closing date
•  Please pay for bids promptly so that the vendors can be paid, and the list of sales prepared
•  A Realisation List will be made available online after the auction when all the bids are settled
